Acceptable Use Policy

Clear rules for safe, lawful, and responsible use of Graphify.

Last updated: September 26, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Graphify Terms of Service. It protects people, rights holders, and the Service. It applies whether you use Graphify directly or through an organization, API, MCP integration, or compatible development assistant.

1. Scope

This AUP applies to prompts and instructions, repositories and documents you submit or connect, generated summaries and relationship maps, code and other outputs, account activity, and any content processed through a Graphify integration. It applies to attempted uses as well as completed outputs.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use the Service to create, request, process, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:

  • Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, sexual exploitation, or sexually explicit material.
  • Violent or graphic content: graphic gore, glorification of violence, or material intended to facilitate serious physical harm.
  • Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanizes, promotes violence against, or discriminates against people based on protected characteristics.
  • Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized content involving minors, grooming, or any exploitation of children. This is strictly prohibited.
  • Deepfakes or impersonation: deceptive synthetic media, false attribution, or impersonation of a person, brand, or organization without authorization.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement: content that infringes intellectual-property rights or unlawfully uses another party’s protected work, brand, or mark.

You also must not use the Service to evade safety controls, distribute malware, commit fraud or phishing, invade privacy, gain unauthorized access, or violate applicable law.

3. Zero-tolerance conduct

We treat CSAM, sexual exploitation of minors, credible threats of violence, terrorism or extremist support, and non-consensual intimate deepfakes as severe violations. We may immediately block access, preserve relevant records where legally permitted, and report suspected unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you provide, the permissions you obtain, and the outputs you use. Review outputs before relying on or publishing them. Do not represent AI-assisted output as human-authored when that would mislead others, and do not use Graphify to bypass another provider’s safeguards or usage policies.

5. Content safety and review

Graphify uses layered safeguards appropriate to a developer tool: technical access, rate-limit, and anti-abuse controls; security and operational logging; and review of credible safety reports and abuse signals by authorized personnel. We may restrict or investigate activity that appears to violate this AUP.

Automated controls and reviews reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every input or output will be detected. We do not promise that every item is manually reviewed before it is processed. Reports involving child safety, imminent harm, impersonation, or intellectual-property rights are prioritized for review.

6. Reporting concerns

To report suspected prohibited content, impersonation, copyright or trademark infringement, or another safety concern, email support@graphify.net with the subject “Graphify content safety report.” Include the relevant URL, account or organization name if known, a description of the concern, and any supporting information. Do not send illegal content or CSAM by email.

We handle reports as confidentially as reasonably possible, assess them objectively, and may request more information. Deliberately false or abusive reports may themselves violate this AUP.

7. Enforcement

Depending on severity, context, prior conduct, and legal requirements, we may:

  • refuse, block, or remove access to prohibited requests, content, or integrations;
  • issue a warning or require corrective action;
  • limit features, usage, or organization access;
  • suspend or terminate an account or subscription; and
  • preserve records and cooperate with authorities where required by law or necessary to protect people.

8. Review requests and updates

If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, reply to the notice you received or email support@graphify.net with the subject “Graphify AUP review request.” We will review relevant information where practical. We may update this AUP by posting a revised version here; continued use after its effective date means you accept the update.
