This page explains the practical licensing boundary. It does not replace the license file in the source repository, an order form, or applicable third-party terms.
1. Hosted service access
Subject to the Terms of Service and your plan, Graphify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right for your organization’s authorized users to access and use the hosted Service for internal development and related business purposes. This is a right to use the hosted Service—not a transfer of ownership in its software, APIs, branding, or infrastructure.
You may not resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or make the Service available as a standalone service to third parties unless we agree in writing.
2. Open-source code
Graphify’s separately published open-source code is licensed under the MIT License. The authoritative permissions, conditions, and disclaimer for that code are in the LICENSE file distributed with the applicable repository and release.
The MIT License applies to the covered source code; it does not automatically grant access to the hosted Service, support, managed infrastructure, private APIs, trademarks, third-party models, datasets, or content that is not included in that repository.
3. Your content and graph outputs
You retain rights in the repository material, documents, and other content you submit or authorize Graphify to access. As between you and Graphify, you may use graph outputs generated from your authorized content for lawful internal and commercial purposes, subject to the rights of the underlying content owners and the terms of any third-party providers used in your workflow.
Graphify does not grant you rights in third-party code, packages, documentation, models, or other material that may appear in a connected repository or output. Public availability is not the same as permission to reuse.
4. Brand and third-party rights
“Graphify,” related logos, and our service branding are our marks or used with permission. Do not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement without written approval. Third-party names, logos, and services belong to their respective owners.
5. Questions about a use
If a planned use involves redistribution, a client deliverable, a public integration, a security-sensitive deployment, or a right not clearly described here, do not assume it is covered. Contact support@graphify.net before proceeding.
